This is a unique opportunity to be part of LGBTQ+ history.
With the Royal Vauxhall Tavern now an Asset of Community Value and a Grade II listed building (with sui generis status pending), RVT Future are almost ready to put in a bid to purchase the venue.
To give us the best possible chance of success we need to employ a dedicated, talented Project Manager to lead us through this crucial stage of our campaign.
The successful applicant will be supported by a diverse, skilled executive team which includes Amy Lamé, Alice Beverton-Palmer, James Cronin, Dicky Eton, Richard Heaton, Rob Holley, Thom Shaw and Ben Walters.
Immovate (the international property developers that own the Royal Vauxhall Tavern) are looking to sell the venue as soon as they can, so it’s crucial that we find the right person with the capacity to commit to this time-consuming but hugely rewarding project.
Please download the full job specification and our mission statement from this link.
For further information email hello@rvt.community but please be aware that we’re run entirely by time-pressed volunteers (this will be our first paid position) and that we cannot answer all correspondence.
We’d be hugely grateful if you could share this news far and wide, particularly with any LGBTQ+ networks that might specialise in property purchases and social enterprises.
